*Tax-deductible donations to The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia (to benefit The Emmalyn Miller Event) are gratefully accepted in any amount.  A contribution receipt letter will be sent out to you for your records. 

*If you are purchasing event tickets, please note that we will contact you (via e-mail or telephone) to confirm both the number of tickets you purchased and your guest’s names.  No physical tickets will be issued this year - there will be a guest list and check-in area at the event.

We are now able to offer two convenient methods to either purchase tickets or make donations:

Please make your check payable to “The Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia”, and mail your check to: 5445 Hilltop Street, Crozet, VA 22932.  Please be sure to write “The Emmalyn Miller Event” in the memo section of your check.
